CONFERENCE GOAL: Raise awareness about the particular vulnerability of migrant women and children on issues that cut across ethnic and religious lines, promote dialogue and cooperation between Catholic institutions and governmental bodies on relevant legal and ethical issues, and train attorneys to provide counsel to victims of human trafficking.

Conference Highlights: Attorneys will have the opportunity to earn as much as 13.5 hours of Florida CLE credit over this two-day conference. Day one is a conference on the protection of migrant women and children from exploitation and human trafficking, and will be of interest to both attorneys and the broader public. Day two will be a more technical legal training course for attorneys representing vulnerable migrants and marginalized persons. The Conference will attract many of the top scholars and global leaders on the topic of human trafficking.
